Simplify the complex. That’s what we set out to accomplish through Lucy Daniels Center’s new website. The program is comprehensive — providing a range of therapeutic, educational, and outreach programs tailored to meet the needs of each unique child and family. To organize the flow of information and simplify the user journey, we identified key user personas and incorporated color wayfinding to allow website navigation in a thoughtful, informative way.
