Savannah Quarters is a large master-planned community that features a resort-style amenity package and a private club and golf course located just 10 minutes from historic Savannah, Georgia.
I worked closely with the developer, LStar Ventures, and the marketing team at the community to redefine what a country club community is for a new generation. With a more active destination-oriented creative strategy, our team created the corporate identity, messaging structure, media strategy, and all marketing materials including website, collateral, signage, advertising, and a new sales center. The result is a vibrant mixture and balance of the new, modern outlook of the community and the historic charm of the location.
