For 20 years, Healing Transitions has been a beacon of light for thousands of people battling addiction and homelessness. I recommended a capstone publication to celebrate this anniversary through storytelling, historical photography, news articles, and community impact. I also designed the piece to “live on” as a tool for existing donor stewardship and potential donor cultivation. The result: a 112-page “magazine” that captured the organization’s culture and mirrored the hope they offer our community.
