The NextGen program is designed to encourage students close to graduation or recently graduated to explore new career goals that may have initially felt unattainable. It is meant to help through consultation and workshops, the team behind NextGen mentors and encourages young adults who may not know how to begin seeking a higher career to create a path to work beyond typical dead-end jobs. I worked with the teams behind this exciting program to develop a new identity and basic materials for their initial launch.
